INVESTOR

FlexiH aims at establishing an E-Refinery, carbon-neutral infrastructure, and waste-to-energy integration platform in Guthrie, Oklahoma. With an initial capital of $6 million, the company will focus on utilizing locally abundant sources of no and low-cost energy, including free air, waste biomass, and waste tires, starting from a clean ammonia production facility, extendable to E-Refinery enabling the production of multi-value energy products, including hydrogen, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (e-SAF), e-Methanol, and e-DME, positioning us to lead future energy and fuels across North America and into global corridors – transportation, datacenters, aviation, and public sector.

The Future of E-Refinery

A refinery is critical to human society. Ploiești refinery in Romania, built in 1856, is considered the first one in history, with a production capacity of 7 tons/day. A modern refinery with 250k barrels/day capacity releases more than 2 million tons CO2e annually.

Currently, after 170 years, the refinery has gradually transformed into something new: a clean, simple process (i.e., ambient condition), and it may no longer need oil as the main raw material; instead of emitting, future refineries will absorb CO₂ emissions from the atmosphere (i.e., carbon negative) while producing various valuable energy products, such as ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, dimethyl ether (DME), sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and acetic acid. Electro-Refinery (or E-Refinery) is still evolving, with some projects currently under construction globally.

Leveraging both private and public sector initiatives FlexiH is developing its unique E-Refinery plant with fully subsidized capital expense — getting to market faster and more efficient.

‍Fuel’s next century will be quite different from the last, as FlexiH is transforming the way it’s produced and delivered.

‍Come join us and help make that future possible.

A Unique Opportunity for Public & Private Partnership

Never before have governments around the globe been so keen to transform an industry.  FlexiH is the perfect private sector partner to help make that happen.

In North America, we’ll leverage both state and federal programs to build our production facilities at a negative capital expenditure rate, leaving investment dollars unencumbered and powering growth.

Oklahoma & Beyond

Oklahoma, the heartland of American energy, has a rich and storied history of powering the nation. From the early 20th century oil booms that fueled industrialization to its current status as a national leader in both traditional and renewable energy, the Sooner State has played and continues to play a vital role in America’s energy landscape.

Oklahoma has a long history of powering the nation, from being the world’s largest oil-producing region in the past to having the nation’s third-largest natural gas reserves and ranking among the top producers of both crude oil and marketed natural gas as today’s energy leader, to being the first to use hydraulic fracturing in 1949 and continuing its legacy of innovation with the shale revolution, driven by Oklahoma companies.

Oklahoma & Beyond

Leading the way to a diverse energy future, as the nation’s second-largest wind energy producer, with wind accounting for 42% of the state’s electricity generation in 2022, Oklahoma is committed to the future of energy, developing new technologies and embracing sources like wind, solar, hydrogen, and battery storage. The state also supports sustainable initiatives like carbon capture, utilization, and storage, renewable natural gas, and water recycling.

Oklahoma’s dedication to innovation, sustainability, and responsible resource management positions it as a key player in the evolving energy landscape. By strategically managing its resources and embracing the latest advancements, Oklahoma will continue to provide affordable, reliable, and increasingly cleaner energy for the heartland and the nation for generations to come.

FlexiH intends to open its first E-Refinery in Guthrie, Oklahoma, in 2027. Oklahoma’s strategic central location and robust transportation infrastructure as a vital hub for heavy-duty transportation and logistics serving the heartland and connecting the East and West coasts are the winning factors in FlexiH’s E-Refinery clean and affordable products that support heavy-duty transportation.‍

Followed shortly after that, we’ll be in other states, including California, Washington, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona as well as expanding overseas.
